Oh they've all been part of The Plan for a long, long time. I'm sure is wasn't an accident that Mena was located in Arkansas. Made things a lot easier for Barry Seal's operations. Bill Clinton was attorney General of Arkansas when it started. Then Governor of Arkansas. Then President.
