You must have. I studied this case as a true crime maybe 10-15 years ago. Never been there, but from the case study it would be obvious to locals he wasn’t driving her to the ferry (or whatever he was supposed to have been doing).
Remember how fast Teddy put on a back brace - all the way up to his neck - in an attempt to gather sympathy about his back injury. This was supposedly a way to exonorate him from not diving into the water to try to get Mary jo out of the car.
AMEN to that!
