The world's worst crooks and killers should be running scared. The law and the executive order President Donald Trump issued make it much easier for the U.S. government to single out and punish egregious cases of abuse. Included in the list were Artem Chayka, the son of the prosecutor general of Russia; Gao Yan, a senior Chinese security official; and Maung Maung Soe, who oversaw Burmese military atrocities against ethnic Rohingya.
"Today, the United States is taking a strong stand against human rights abuse and corruption globally by shutting these bad actors out of the U.S. financial system," Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said, promising that the Trump administration would continue holding human rights abusers to account.

That “Q” is a pin not a pendant, as a pendant would be hanging from a chain or something similar worn about the neck. I’ll give you a pass for not knowing this since you are not a girl. :)

It kills them to print anything neutral or positive about Trump so they HAD to start with “After months of conflicting messages...”
The annex linked to the executive order has one tab for people and a separate tab for organizations. On the organizations page THE CLINTON FOUNDATION! And THE BILL GATES FOUNDATION!!!!! WAAAAHOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

I went back to get the link for you. I see it’s not on the addendum, it’s the webpage for John Gertler who is listed in the annex. On John Gertler foundation web page, it lists Bill Gates and Clinton Foundations. Sorry it’s less direct than I originally understood but I believe the vlogger included a review of that webpage because of the wording of the Executive Order “should” cover contributors to these persons.

When I posted to you - I thought those two were on the annex when they are the contributers web page of someone prominent on the annex.
