Her case against Lewandowski might now be in jeopardy under the common-law “Doctrine of Unclean Hands” (no pun intended). Under this doctrine, a plaintiff cannot pursue a legal case against someone else when it can be proven that the plaintiff has engaged in the same misconduct that is the basis of the complaint.

There we go! Something that actually argues to the credibility of her claims against Lewandowski that isn't simply the party of her 'harasser'. That's all I wanted. We can't automatically give Rs a pass any more than the Party of Hypocrisy should be allowed to give Ds a pass.

She claims she was, but she didn’t even declare where, and there hasn’t been a story about it since.
It seems she has chosen the wrong path, IMO.
As far as I know, she did not object at the time and now sees an opportunity with Lewandowski who has been all over Fox promoting his book.
She has thrown away any political capital she might have gained from her famous dress.

Doctrine of Unclean Hands - i learned something today!
A similar legal principle that might be more relevant is in pari delicto -- literally translated to "in equal fault." This basically means that a court will be reluctant to get involved in a legal case between two dirtbags or shady characters.
