The poor Bronx! This is horrible - these buildings are older and fairly large, and most of the people who live in them are not welfare bums but simply people who have low-income jobs.
Welfare bums live a lot better, such as in some of NYC’s best hotels, thanks to DeBlasio. I hope these people do well, that there are no fatalities - and that they remember to thank NYFD!
