Good afternoon, Jim and Fellow FReepers.

Mailing off a check today.

We had a quiet new year, and mostly stayed in all weekend, due to below zero temperatures all days. We had a frozen pipe issue, which turned out okay, so we were quite thankful for not needing plumbers or drywall repairs.

Today’s temps are a bit warmer, but it we are definitely not suffering from globull warming around here.

Hope all FReepers had a great New Year, and are stoked to continue WINNING throughout 2018 and beyond!
