I don’t know how much good this is going to do.

So they’ll come, pretend to be negotiating, get the money and nothing changes.

They don’t want to negotiate in good faith because it is not in their interest to do so. Paying them money to just come to the table is a waste of money.

Better just leave things as they are. If and when they truly want to negotiate, then negotiating will start, but with no money.

“palestinians” will sit down and will pretend they are “negotiating” … just to keep the flow of money. Money is the key thing for them. Money is the name of the game. But they will not keep promises resulted from “negotiations” . As usual. As always been before. Always.
What they really want is the status quo, i.e. to keep the visual impression of “straggle”; and avoid getting an “independence” by all means. Getting it means reduction in benefits from donations, funds, charities, etc
