The word is getting out. People are slowing beginning to piece together the BIGGER STORY of what fundamentally lies behind the Obama administration’s 2016 use of FISA 702(16)(17) surveillance, and how an the intentional non-oversight of the Department of Justice National Security Division was used in the construct of the unlawful FBI surveillance and spying operation against presidential candidate Donald Trump.
During a radio interview on WMAL legal analyst and former U.S. Attorney General for Washington DC, Joe DiGenova, specifically highlights the DOJ National Security Division head John P Carlin and his role in the 2016 FISA warrant. Other than within our own research few people are paying attention to the DOJ-NSD side.
Additionally, and in complete concurrence with our prior research, DiGenova states first-hand knowledge that FISA Court Judge Rudolph Contreras did not recuse himself – but was rather forcibly recused from the Michael Flynn case by either U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts or the aggregate FISA court.

Those Watergate guys were pikers compared to this group of criminals. Maybe we could call it FISA gate, or any other kind of gate you can think of. Let me know however, when someone breaks out the handcuffs.
We actually know the problems. But we want the solutions. It is tedious to be told the problems over and over but nothing is done. In fact it is insanity defined. W#e need arrests and indictments not commentary. We know the commentary.
But what could happen? Obama is already out of office. Would any of his holdovers be held accountable? Maybe that’s why McCabe is bailing.

Well, I think the Obungler is untouchable. He has pigment protection. Bill and Hill are probably untouchable too, unfortunately. The underlings might be vulnerable. Something I don’t know about. Can these people engage in criminal activity, then retire, then walk? I am sure one of them couldn’t commit murder, then think they could walk, if they simply retired. Now if someone commits Arkancide, they would all probably walk. I think Lerner should still be on the hook too.
The scandal in all of this is the media providing cover for this apparent unlawful activity. Reverse the Political affiliations of the cast of characters and this story would be 24/7 Constitutional Crisis. As many have said, this would make Watergate look like shoplifting at a flea market.
The media have taken sides, and of that there is no discussion.
I also heard that the judge was “forced” out. This post gives out more information.

The criminal conspiracy against Trump and his associates is going to lead straight to Obama.
The illegally procured phone transcripts of Trump and his campaign team were included in Obama’s daily presidential briefing. He knew that this spying was being done.
This illegal spying is what Admiral Rogers’ NSA spooks uncovered. He ordered it halted when he discovered that it was being done. There can be no doubt that Rogers went to Trump Tower to inform Trump that he was being spied upon, “wiretapped”. Trump relocated his headquarters the very next day, to one of his properties in New Jersey.
Obama is going to be shown to have been part of a criminal conspiracy after having left office. A criminal conspiracy against a President elect, and a conspiracy against a sitting President, against American democratic government itself.
This will not be easy to sweep under the rug. Obama is not going to get a pass on sedition.
I’m not sure what’s going on in the leak proof land of the new justice department, but I keep reading about sightings of Huma always wearing flared bellbottoms, Hillay’s toe still hasn’t healed, there was a photo of McCabe walking out of the hearing two weeks ago sporting either an ankle holster or ankle bracelet, McCain has been underground and was last seen nursing his tendons with a back and forth foot brace, not to mention a female Senator (forget which one) who injured her foot.
Hillary may have screwed up her untouchable status by crossing the line too many times. Her crimes are too many to list without crashing my computer..
