California to Hand Blacks with Criminal Records Money to Sell Marijuana
rightwingnews ^ | 10 Jan, 2018 | Dave Blount

California will hand over cash expropriated from hardworking taxpayers to drug dealers, provided they are black and have criminal records. Yes, I’m serious:

It’s all part of an effort in the Golden State to help more minorities become “marijuana entrepreneurs.” On New Year’s Day, California became the ninth state to legalize cannabis for recreational use, but officials are worried that not enough blacks will qualify for the permits needed to sell weed legally. To address this “problem,” Los Angeles, Oakland and other cities have created “equity programs” that offer no-interest loans and other perks to people who live in poor black neighborhoods and have been convicted of drug crimes.

Those unlucky enough not to be Persons of Politically Preferred Pigmentation will find it harder to get a permit to sell marijuana.

If you’re a white applicant, you can improve your own chances of receiving a permit by “incubating” an equity [i.e., black] applicant, which means making him a 50% partner in the business or giving him floor space in your establishment, rent-free.

If this sort of tyrannical race-based lunacy sounds familiar, you could be thinking of South Africa under black rule.

The progressives who dreamed this up sold it as a way to compensate blacks, who have been disproportionately affected by the war on drugs.

Because this includes drugs laws, they are victims of the War on Drugs, and must be compensated at the expense of the law-abiding.

Coming next to California: free taxpayer money for black convicted thieves to assist them in their careers as wealth redistribution entrepreneurs.

Again we see that liberalism is not merely wrong; it is depraved.

At this point it would require an invasion by the US Army and forced repatriation of foreigners.

And across the flyover Massachusetts has this:

“Priority Review

Agreed to grant priority review to applicants who demonstrate two of the following:

o Majority of ownership belongs to people who have lived in areas of disproportionate impact for 5 of the last 10 years;

o Majority of ownership has economic empowerment experience’;

o At least 51% of current employees/sub-contractors reside in areas of disproportionate impact and will increase to 75% by first day of business;

o At least 51% of employees or sub-contractors have drug-related CORI;

o Owners can demonstrate additional significant, articulable past experience in or business practices that promote economic empowerment in areas of disproportionate impact.

After receiving priority review, priority applicants would be subject to the same requirements as general applicants.”

So the idea is coming from somewhere and being picked up by at least two states.

Poor but honest libertarians left out in the cold.

The lesson: try not to live there while fools figure out what to do. This’ll probably dissolve into corruption quickly.

There are some virtues to this. Weeded out can mean less able to do worse things.

I think that's how they got the criminal records in the first place.

But in Detroit just the buildings are destroyed. We need neutron type nukes, so the destruction is the other way around.

How many hints does God need to give California before it listens? They’ve had severe drought, massive fires, floods then mudslides, and earthquakes. Does God truly need to cause part of it break off and be swallowed by the ocean before they get it?

I realize CA is a mecca for the Sodom and Gomorrah types but geez... not even they can be this obtuse; can they?

Maybe it’s time to take their nice weather away and give them a taste of Canada weather for decades. Nah; they will just scream “glow bull warming” or some such nonsense.

As usual, you are totally wrong. So black criminals get a license to sell mj legally. Then the money they make, the invest in heroin or crack, and sell that illegaly and make enough money to become bigtime drug dealers again. Plus plenty of people use mj and other drugs as well as booze, and commit all kinds of mayhem. A percentage of people who use mj go psycho, the rest become stupid and useless.

Talk about The Promised Land making amends for prior transgressions.. or the state making reparations in a new Green age way.. or .. one more lieberal attempt to gain votes the old fashioned way,, in smoke filled backrooms.. away from public view?

You be the Judge..
