The two senators who struck a deal with each other on an immigration deal signaled Friday they’ll push ahead with their bargain despite opposition from President Trump, saying they sense growing bipartisan support.
The comments by Sen. Dick Durbin, a Democrat, and Sen. Lindsey Graham, a Republican, came a day after they were in a meeting where the president reportedly used a disparaging expletive to refer to some developing countries such as Haiti and El Salvador.

It is time for Trump to state: if the senators present legislation that contains that language, I will veto it.

Didn't think so. Trump's motive clearly has been to sink any immigration deal that involved amnesty for the DACA-caca, while putting all the issues squarely on the table--sh*t-hole countries and all.
Now he can just let the unconstitutional DACA fantasy expire and not replace it. Then he can address the border wall separately, and let the Dems and squishy Republican'ts contemplate going into the '18 primaries and elections having opposed the Wall--the issue that got Trump elected.

The Bush League Republicans want the final amnesty to cement the demographic changes they have made to the country against the will of the citizens.
They’ll take it a little at a time if that’s what it takes.
