House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told Republican colleagues in two closed-door meetings this week he has seen evidence that shows clear "abuse" of government surveillance programs by FBI and Justice Department officials, according to three sources familiar with the conversations, raising more questions about whether the controversial anti-Trump dossier was used by the Obama administration to authorize surveillance of advisers to President Trump.

Anyone with a functioning brain cell and logic can tell what was done over last 2 yrs. The only reason it is seeing the light of day is that President Trump won the election.

Can President Trump declassify those FISA documents so that whole country can see them? He’s the declassifier-in-chief. I say this because the rest of the media will still play the Russia-game as long as only lawmakers can see the information and they have hearings behind closed door

Problem with a grand jury is that it will be taken from DC populace. With 95% Dems what are the chances of getting any Dem indicted.
So far, it seems that every investigation headed by Devin Nunes begins with a flash-bang and then quickly runs out of gas. Suddenly, no one is still talking about it. Maybe we the public are only seeing a smidgen of what these investigations involve or effect.
Can Devin Nunes demonstrate trophy head hunting that Issa and Gowdy have eschewed?
Which investigations in the past has Nunes lead and ran out of gas?
Maybe. But if that happens all law abiding citizens will be outraged.
It will a scandal as big as the FISA warrants scandal.
It will also show there is no rule of law left in this country.
We need one of two things. 1# A Attorney General
2# A President that makes that Happen Or its all for Nothing, which I think it will be.

What the HELL are you talking about??? Nunes is NOT running out of gas.....he;s got the Pedal to the Metal!!
Can’t they empanel a Grand Jury outside of DC? Seems like they need to designate a US Attorney or a Special Prosecutor to do it in another location. At least go to Virginia, so there might be a little bit of balance in the jury pool.
