Does this mean no more foreign aid from Haiti to United States?
In 1994, Clinton sent troops into Haiti. During that time a Cessna 150 crashed into the WH (some nutcase).
El Rushbo described it as a “pre-dawn retaliatory airstrike by the mighty Haitian Luftwaffe”.
