I’m 63 and have never done that. I have walked around for several minutes looking for my glasses and found them perched on my forehead.
I’ve done similar. Even in my 30’s. I’ve pushed up my glasses above the nose that I wasn’t wearing.
A senile moment.
Even in his dotage Hatch is preferable to Romney.
When I had 4 little ones at home, I remember wanting to get out the door for church, saying “where’s the baby, where’s the baby.” The other kids replied, “he’s in your arms.” Yeah, needed a break or I did break, not sure which ;-)
I’ve done that. It happens.
“Even in his dotage Hatch is preferable to Romney.”
Unfortunately, that is a true statement.
No video?
He removes his glasses when his mind goes blurry.
LOL...I’m not yet 60 but I have done that many times. And I do just what he did and act as if it’s the most natural thing in the world.
And then they picked him up and threw him into a van like a sack of potatoes, and everything was alright again.
msnbc $hitting on an elderly Republican. They haven’t $hit enough on Trump, they have to pick on the old guy. May msnbc go bankrupt.
Thank God this RINO is out of there. We must do all things legal to defeat Rino Romney.
One can order invisible glasses now. It is a secret Amazon site. www.bezos.com
Same thing happened to me when I began to part my hair on the opposite side of my head.
I do the opposite. I put my glasses on top of the bill of my hat and then forget they’re there when I take the hat off. whoosh - crackle they go onto the blacktop/concrete...whatever hard, scratchy surface off of which they can carom.
Time to retire.
In what state did Romney vote in the 2016 election cycle?
You weren’t wearing your nose? Just kidding. I am on the grammar and mattress tag citizens police force.
Yeah, I threw in that nose part so people knew where I was pushing, and the end result was less than grammatically correct. :)
BTW, I’m almost guaranteed to do it on the rare occasions I’m not wearing my glasses. I think it’s because, though I can see mostly fine without them, if I’m not wearing them and I’m noticing I can’t see as well as normal, my brain goes into “you need to push up your glasses so you can see better” mode and I proceed to push where there are no glasses at all.
Regarding the OP, it is pretty clear that a lot of people have too much time on their hands. :)
