Federal prosecutors are considering filing criminal charges against elected officials harboring illegal aliens in so-called sanctuary cities, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen told lawmakers at a hearing dominated by Democrats hectoring her over whether President Trump used profanity during a closed-door negotiating session about immigration reform.
Jailing the leaders of sanctuary jurisdictions is long overdue.

Can’t happens soon enough.
I’d recommend they remain in prison until all illegal aliens are deported.

Absolutely something has to be done by judges. Judges are making the most outrageous decision, including in areas where they have no right to be, and they get away with it!
Why do the other branches of government simply accept the crazy rulings by judges?

the charge is obstruction of justice, Impeding a federal officer, aiding and abetting an escape or flight. The list of chargeable offenses goes on and on. I would start withe the mayor and sheriff in San Fag sicko. I want a “perp” walk in chains!! CRIMINALS!!!

We don’t need to change any laws, we just need enforcement.
Changing laws to benefit those breaking them is always bad policy.

Questions....
* If they are charged will they be detained?
* Who will serve the papers and cuff them, Federal Marshall's or?
* Will said politician's request local L.E. to protect them and then do we have a Fed vs Local issue?
* Will it need to be a massive one day event where they are all served / detained in order for Soros not to crank up "resistance" at each location?

It’s a Federal Crime to knowingly harbor illegals. The penalty is 5 years in prison, 10 years if the illegal harms someone and LIFE if someone does AS IN KATE STEINLE.

the charge is obstruction of justice, Impeding a federal officer, aiding and abetting an escape or flight. Those could apply but 18 USC 1324 applies specifically to the illegal acts they are committing.
Rather than arresting them at their office I think we should go for the Manfort treatment, early morning swat raids, the kids just love them.
