This year’s presidential race can sometimes feel like it has no real winners. Both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have been criticized endlessly in the media for various scandals and gaffes. Thankfully, we have Seth Meyers to give us some perspective on which of these scandals are actually worth discussing.
In a segment on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Meyers points out that the actual facts of the scandal suggest that the major issue with Clinton’s emails was that she was unaware that a “C” meant confidential.
Similarly, Clinton has been attacked numerous times because of the Clinton Foundation’s intake of donations from foreign leaders, attacks which don’t really hold much water.
While these scandals are not completely unremarkable, Meyers points out that they pale when compared with the scandals faced by Donald Trump.Trump’s own foundation doesn’t seem to be so clean, and what’s worse, its donation history is rather weak. After revealing that the foundation only donated $100 to the March of Dimes, Meyers was forced to ask, “Did he think that meant you could only give dimes?”
Meyers also discusses the foundation’s donation to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, who had announced days before the donation that she was planning to investigate Trump University. The planned investigation was later scrapped.
On the whole, Meyers points toward a tendency to exaggerate the controversies surrounding Clinton, while simultaneously underplaying how corrupt her opponent might be.
He’s just keeping everyone honest, which may be more necessary than ever after last night’s Presidential Forum.

If you ever had any connection to classified information, you would know automatically that “C” stands for “Classified” or “Confidential”; “R” for Restricted, etc.
Since Mrs. Cankles had been a Senator and a Secy of State, the old hag KNEW what those symbols were, esp. when they were located in specific spots on the documents.
Hillary is a stinking crook and liar. Meyers is just a stupid little twerp whose audience is probably made up of the weakest minded millenials out there. And he’s not that funny.
