Long-lost tapes reveal details of a foiled plan by the Jewish Avengers to kill six million Germans by poisoning the country's water supply in revenge for the Holocaust.
Filmmaker Avi Merkado found ten tapes, buried in a museum in Israel, which detailed how a band of Jewish partisans formed after the Second World War.
The recordings - which have never been heard in public - form the heart of a new documentary entitled Holocaust: The Revenge Plot, due to air on January 28. Recorded in 1985, when their leader, Vilnius Ghetto survivor and Israeli poet Abba Kovner, was dying of cancer, provided the most detailed account of the group’s 1946 plans.
The tapes describe how The Avengers, led by Kovner and Pasha Reichmann, funded their activities with £5 notes, forged by Jews in concentration camps and exchanged on the black market.
They claim that the late Israeli Presidents, Chaim Weizmann and Ephraim Katzir, were instrumental in helping the Avengers acquire the poison they needed for their audacious plot.
They describe how Avengers’ agents infiltrated the waterworks of four German cities - Hamburg, Nuremberg, Frankfurt and Munich – but plans to poison the water supplies were foiled when Kovner was arrested at sea.
And they talk about their second mass murder attempt to poison the bread of 50,000 SS officers in Prisoner of War camps in Nuremberg and Munich, which was more successful, striking down up to 2,000 victims.
Mr Merkado told MailOnline: ‘The story of the tapes started a few years ago with Kovner’s grandson Nimrod. He was moving into his grandfather’s old house and boxes of his possessions were taken to the Museum.
‘After talking to Avi Avidov, who was Pasha Reichmann’s son, who taught me my BA, I found a tape in a box of his old things.

Well east germany had to live under commie rule for 40 some odd years, so at least some got punished I guess....
There were other “Avenger” groups including one made up of Jewish British Commandos who did a little personal hunting on the side (I met one of them) and “Der Stryker” black-market organization in Berlin that might have done some special jobs against the Nazis after the war. Very little is known about them except that they existed and operated for a few years despite OMGUS (Office/Occupation Military Government of the US) that ruled much of western Germany for years after the war (my sister-in-law’s husband’s father was one such governor).
Isn’t history fascinating?
Oh by the way, I was privileged to meet Malkin, the Mossad agent who physically captured Adolf Eichmann in Argentina andhelp get him smuggled out of that country to stand trial in Israel for war crimes of genocide. I also met one of the Deputy Prosecutors at the same time. Incredible men.
A very strange tale. There was an anti-Semitic legend, in pre-industrial Europe, that Jews would poison wells, in order to get back at gentiles. This sounds like a re run of this old libel.

I don’t believe it. One can barely imagine these modern liberal self-hating Jews recognizing their RKBA in accordance with the Second Amendment to prevent continued government aggression. They consistently lack any actions in their own self interest and always side with big government.. I’ll hate to say I told you so, but but they appear more suicidal than vengeful, with very few notable exceptions.
I call it fake too, lol. Jewish people do better accounting than that. 6 million jews out of 10 or 12 in the world would mean 40 million Germans....
This is the actual type of mania that Hitler used to target the Jews as enemies of Germany

I read the article. No one quoted in it is disputing the 6 million Jews killed in the concentration camps; they are disputing the number of non-Jews killed in the camps. Simon Wiesenthal claimed 5 million, but scholars say it was less than 1 million.
The article seem to say 11 million including 5 million non Jews is made up.
I suppose 5.5 million jews and half a million non jews?
Suffice to say that I agree with the wording of the Holocaust targetting jews as sacrificial lambs to a fault. It was the first steo to destroying civilization and Christianity from within, that is for sure, going after a lamb with faults. Similarly the islamic martyrdom given us as martyrs the mentally disabled is but a poor and false sacrifice, one based in lack of faith. It definitely is linked with Nazis wanting to destroy the disabled non jews along with jewws, along with current leftists belief that lack of sentient capabilities in a child would mean infanticide is ok for these sorts of subhumans...

The article seems to imply this plot is a new discovery, which it isn't. The group, Nakam, was successful in getting some poisoned bread into a camp for captured SS, sickening thousands but few or any deaths. Germany considered prosecutions a decade or two ago, but opted not to. Kovner became a successful poet. Pasha Reichman who fought in the underground went on to a career with the Haggana, IDF and Mossad.
The details of the plan are new. Nakam wasn’t the only group trying for wholesale revenge. DIN (Dam Yisrael Nokem [The Blood of Israel Avenges]) wanted to dump a bio-canister in the Rhine, but fortunately was stopped. Their history and exploits are recorded in Forged in Fury by Michael Elkins. They went on to focus their rage more constructively, hunting down the actual Nazi war criminals. Great read.
No, not a new discovery, but the tapes might have been.
