I do believe deep state is multinational. When something “odd” happens in the world, like “ISIS” showing up and starting a revolt in the Phillipines, it’s clear deep state had a hand, but could be CIA, MI-6, Mossad, or any number of other state agencies operating with varying degrees of independence from their governments.
Can a hateful American spook call up and order a “rogue” North Korean missile launch, sort of like going through a Burger King drive through..?

This visit to North Korea was back in 2013. This would have been drink just the beginning of Obama’s second term. There was no Trump or any potential Republican president in the horizon to commit treason against. I wonder what they were up to.
Clinton had a string of medical issues Qtr 4 of 2012. Clinton is released from hospital early January. Five days later APCO (?sends??) Eric and Richardson over to North Korea??
