If the child brought a big bottle of vitamin gummies, chewable tylenols, chocolate stimulant laxatives, etc. These kids would all be in a hospital or maybe dead right now.
The worst side effect from overeating cannabis is sleepiness and there has never been a single recorded case of toxicity or overdose.

Its 100% true what I said. Cannabis has no determined toxicity or LD value. No other drug is so safe. Even drinking too much water is far deadlier than cannabis.

Never caused an OD or injury Really. Tell that to the guy in Denver who recently ODd became paranoid and killed his wife while on the phone with 911. Of the guy I recently put in the ICU on potent medications to keep his blood pressure up because he decided mj is a good idea for people with heart disease. Or the folks I admit for passing out because of too much mj. You stoners can worship your favorite drug all you want but you don’t get to pretend it is a benign drug without side effects.
