TEL AVIV – Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ deputy in his ruling Fatah faction this week dismissed years of American aid amounting to several billion dollars with the declaration that the U.S. has never given anything of “substance” to the Palestinians and added that “nothing good will come from them.”
“Recently we were forced to review all of our relations with the American administrations in recent years, and not just the Trump administration. We assessed that nothing good will come from them for the Palestinian people and the nation, and this is completely clear,” said Aloul in an interview with the London-based Pan-Arab daily Al Quds Al Arabi published Saturday.
Seeking clarification, the interviewer asked whether this was Aloul’s personal assessment or that of the Palestinian leadership. Aloul answered that it was the latter.
“Let them [the U.S.] not do us a favor by paying us money. … We do not want anyone to pay us,” Abbas said after Trump threatened in a tweet to cut aid. “May ruin come upon your house,” he continued, using a popular Arabic epithet to curse Trump.

Stop funding the PLO and stop providing any funding for nations or organizations that do fund them.

And that cutoff should include ALL FUNDING to any UN parasite agency that funnels it to the Palestinians as well. Who knows, if we stop giving a dime to our enemies, maybe we will be able to balance our budget too.

No, we’ve just paid billions in geo-political ransom over the years through the U.N. and directly, which never should have been paid to begin with. The issue of support for Palestinian “refugees” should have fallen 100% on the Middle East states that supported the wars against Israel. It should never have been accepted by the west as an obligation they shared.
OK, fine. We give you NOTHING from here on.

Over and over it is repeated; the people and groups/countries we help the most are the most ungrateful. The more we help them, the more they hate us. At home and abroad.
If we really want to help people we need to do something that results in them standing alone, able to be self sufficient.
Of course if it were up to me not one penny would have ever went to the Palestinian terrorists.
Still it plays out over and over we throw money at issues, never solves the issues and those that get the money hate us more and more.
