With the latest information revealing that FBI Agent Peter Strzok and DOJ/FBI Attorney Lisa Page were specifically leaking to their media sources to shape the underlying story of their political efforts, everything presented by the recipients of those leaks should now be questioned.
Page and Strzok were the “sources” for stories written by Devlin Barrett of the Washington Post.
As such, obviously the network of Page and Strzok’s professional colleagues, would also be considered part of a grouping of people who would benefit from specific leaks intended to shape the stories.
One of those initial stories was a December 2nd, 2017, WaPo outline describing Page and Strzok against the backdrop of the DOJ Inspector General Horowitz investigation.
The Washington Post presented the story of Lisa Page and Peter Strzok having an affair to the world.

If classified info was leaked and ended up in a newspaper,
there reporters should go to jail.
Given what we know now that we did not then - Flynn has a very strong case to be allowed to withdraw from his plea. If he fights - he gets it all - every email and text pertaining to his case. He even has the opportunity to depose the people the text reference.
The Press should be rarely invited into the White House.
They should set up homeless tents for themselves across the street in the Park.
The FBI has turned into a completely corrupt organization, and is now grasping for “independence”. They now view themselves as a policymaking branch of government that answers to no other branch.
They are not elected, so this back channel influence-peddling and blackmail operation is how they operate. There needs to be serious discussion on disbanding them.
Couldn’t Jeff Sessions (perhaps at the President’s direction) require all senior DOJ and FBI leaders to undergo a lie detector test regarding whether (and what) they have communicated to members of the media or conduits to them (think Comey on that part) regarding certain topics without having first followed the approved protocols for such media communications? And, assuming so, couldn’t that include all Special Counsel personnel as well?
Perhaps I’m missing something here, but it would be great to know what would and would not be legally permissible along those lines...
Obviously “whistle blower” laws would also have to be taken into account...but “whistle blowing” is not what has been happening for the past year and a half...

Sessions could i suppose, but right now he is having a mint-julep, and discussing marijuana in Colorado. Oh, and now he wants the honorary southern title of “Colonel”.
So it’s “Colonel Sessions” from now on.

Thanks for posting this. Some of us after Trump fired Comey were saying disband the FBI and CIA. What you posted about the FBI is valid for the CIA! Both of these rogue governments in our government need to be disbanded and many of the top brass tried for sedition, found guilty and sent to Club Gitmo Shores for the rest of their lives.

That said, how can the Mockingbird-MSM call them

It used to be the FBI.
No way can the FBI be trusted any more for vetting and revetting candidates for TS clearances and updates.
