It will be released. Trump and Sarah Sanders have made it clear that the WH favors transparency.
I think the committee will release it on Monday the 5th of February, although it could be released on Saturday. Friday is inside the five day period.

So it will either be Saturday (in time for the Sunday morning talk shows), or more likely next Monday morning.
