Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) appears to be openly disclosing classified information to the news media–after weeks of complaining about Republican plans to disclose such information.
Per a report by CNN on Saturday, Schiff, the ranking member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (“HPSCI”) told multiple reporters on Friday that the central claim of the Nunes surveillance memo was “unfounded.”
The Nunes surveillance memo relies upon the following thesis: that FBI and DOJ officials within the Obama administration made substantial and material omissions–rising to the level of perhaps unlawful misrepresentations–in front of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (“FISA Court”) in order to obtain a surveillance warrant on Donald Trump‘s former campaign volunteer, Carter Page. The memo itself spells out those alleged omissions and reads, in part:
Neither the initial [FISA] application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior and FBI officials.

Anyone who believes democrats can be trusted with classified information is a complete fool.
They have proven time and again that national security is no concern of theirs. Especially when it gets in the way of their agenda, as it inevitably does.
AND shifty being so obvious, with his ‘bathroom breaks’ during the DJT Jr. interviews...
which reminds me, are they doing anything about that false facts in the memo (that they gave the dems who then promptly leaked the info with the wrong date??)
If so, strip him of his security clearance. That will get him kicked off the committee. Then have DOJ prosecute him, unless he can provide them with bigger crimes by others he will testify to.
Early this morning while doing my business my finger went right through the toilet paper. I got Schiff all over my finger.
Heard yesterday that Schiffless is planning on trying to snag the Dem nomination for Prez in 2020.

Democrats will do anything - anything! - to advance their progressive socialist agenda. They care little about laws and ethics and in the past have gotten away with whatever underhanded methods they used. It’s time to get tough on them and call them out.
The rules in general and application of the criminal law is always different for certain Democrats.
If it's true that Schiff released classified information, he should be arrested, indicted and put on trial.
Oh wait. Laws are for us little people, not Congressmen like Adam Schiff.

To this legally untrained mind the above premise appears weak... of course we would have to know the basis for the FISA applications I guess.
