Sean Hannity says there is a second memo out (not the DNC response to the first). Hannity does a fair job of interpreting the first memo and untangling counterclaims, hi-lighting bad actors etc.

Why did you post this with no proof the second memo has been released?
I saw the show. He had quotes from the memo, but I can find no links.

Sean states the 2nd memo is out but no link to read it is available yet as far I can tell. Most of the video is an untangling of current status of FISA memo and ramifications.
