Who advocates for the target?

One would hope the FISA judge would be that advocate, but looking at the success rate of the applicants that's not happening.

All agents, prosecutors, judges, DOJ employees and anybody else who signed off on this should be fired and or prosecuted.


If nothing is done, meaning no one is prosecuted, then why would any one think this would not continue?
