Just saying "the Constitution" doesn't cut it. You have to be much more specific. Which article/section of the Constitution, in particular, applies?
Someday we will all learn the truth, but if he were really born in Hawaii why was he so hesitant to bring forth the proof of his Hawaiian birth? Why did he have all of his college transcripts sealed. No, he is hiding something.
If you choose to trust politfact, Snopes and the rest of these so-called fact checking organizations, that is your right.

All of these questions have been answered ad-nauseum in many birther threads over many years. He didn't have his transcripts "sealed". He didn't show hesitation to bring forth proof. Some nonsensical cases were started by crackpots, requiring his lawyers to deal with them. Which they did. It wasn't until Trump got involved and made it news that he bothered. That's not hiding something, that's just not caring what some crackpots are doing.
