Maybe that’s why Comey kept tossing around the phrase that Clinton didn’t intend to break any laws. He was just looking at his own weird behavior.
As I’ve been saying for a while, Sessions doesn’t want to start that tradition of prosecuting outgoing administrations and election losers. It’s a whole can of worms, very poisonous worms.
The thing is, their crimes have left the capacity of the U.S Justice department and what it can handle from SCOTUS on down. I’m for Military Tribunals.
