Maybe CIA is “Phase 3”, after Nunes’ “Phase 2” investigation of the State Department.
I believe he did say that there would be five.
The Obama Admin broke so many Laws Sessions doesn’t know which way to turn ,LOL
The Kenyanesian Usurpation was an affront to the Constitution.
The problem is, other than Trump, they are all complicit.
They are afraid of pulling too hard on any string of crimes as the whole thing might unravel and expose their own culpability.
If there are five “phases” to Nunes’ investigation, I suspect that the final phase ends up in the White House.

2. State
3. CIA
4. ?
5. NSC/DNI/POTUS
To calm his nerves he should just repeat Sessions Sessions Sessions.

Sessions getting lots of criticism ..... not commenting on whether he deserves it personally or not, but I was unaware that there were so many vacancies in the DOJ. This would cripple anybody in Sessions’ position.

If this is like the phases for Underpants Gnomes, the missing phase is easy to establish:

Almost all of those jobs will go to career DOJ personnel. Look up the background of those who previously held those now-vacant jobs.
Every vacant job always has someone who is in the “Acting” capacity with full authority, and who also gets the extra pay.
Most career bureaucrats are essentially interchangeable within their specialties.
Brennan is one of the biggest slimeballs around.
