Here’s a story from about 30 years ago in my hometown.
The wife of our Chief of Police was in a check out line at the grocery store behind a woman with a cart overloaded with food and preparing to pay for it all with food stamps. When it came to all of the meats and shrimp the chiefs wife had had it and stated “my husband and I both work good jobs and we can’t afford to eat that much shrimp. To which to other woman responded “we don’t eat all of that shrimp-my husband uses it for bait”.
I grew up in a poor household in the 60’s and 70’s, and I still rememebr blocks of government cheese.

Sounds good! Expect a lot of welfare recipient street vendors on sidewalks hawking milk, ready to eat cereals, pasta, peanut butter, beans and canned fruit, vegetables, and meat, poultry or fish in exchange for cash. Or entrepreneurs popping up to collect same to resell. How about just doing away with welfare and replace with soup kitchens?
Yep. Lobster , Alaskan Salmon, and crab legs. Shrimp. best steaks, then there is the usual chips, snack food, junk food, and then now they can get cooked food from a supermarket.
Meanwhile this family works early in the morning, till late at night, and we get store brand food, and think Shrimp is is a treat at Christmas.
Now there are paki and Indian gas stations which allow EBT only for the work shy turds to purchase cigarettes, and beer so the owner can then price is the same as a box of cereal.
Biggest problem I see, is someone steals the food off the front porch. Now we got to catch the thieves in the act and incarcerate more people.

Let Amazon deliver it. If it gets stolen off the front porch.....then take it up with Amazon.
Sounds good but it’s like giving kids food they don’t like at school lunch. It winds up in the trash. In that sense its a way to cut the $ given as $ which is a step in the right direction.
And we could have the Post Office deliver it!
More crabs will keep their legs.
Does SNAP include cash payments?
The many corrupt grocery stores that buy SNAP cards for cash won’t like this at all, and neither will the corrupt Poor, who want cash for drugs instead of food.
The Tax Makers have had $17 TRILLION taken by the federal government for Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty the past 50 years. We have more Takers now than ever, not only domestic but imported from all over the world. Enough. We can no longer feed what millions breed.
Ive seen people use EBT cards at WHOLE FOODS..seriously..WHOLE FOODS..people abuse the EBT system so badly here(And probably everywhere else) saw a woman once, able bodied, drove off in a Mercedes Benz, after she purchased a bunch of food on her EBT card at Whole Foods

Two sides to the Snap cards for some. Food side and cash side.
Not everyone gets cash side. They buy ciggs and booze with cash side.
Some will drop the food plan.

The establishment has no idea how to deal with a man who is continuously operating within his OODA loop (look it up in your Funk & Wagnalls). The Evil Inside the Evil Beltway crowd (i.e., the R&D establishment and the Swamp Critters) have no idea how to deal with him.
