Indeed, veeery interesting, since the basic issue in the whole “Russians hacked the DNC computers” matter is whether the purloined materials were obtained through a hack or a leak, and the current best evidence is they were leaked by a DNC insider, possibly the late Seth Rich.

BuzzFeed filed the suit after the DNC refused to comply with a subpoena that the website issued in November. Since when do websites have the ability to issue subpoenas?

This lawsuit could potentially destroy the heart of the argument Steele dossier. Once that has no credibility in court the game is over.
