Good! Looks like this Senate bipartisan DACA deal is already DOA.

Analysts have said that creates an incentive for people to flood the border now, hoping to get into the U.S. before the deadline
Trump is a breath of fresh air. This sort of thing has been obvious to the rest of us for DECADES, and finally an elected politician says it out loud in front of God and everybody.

is this a bill or an “amendment”. None of the bills are even close to acceptable and all are amnesty— NO AMNESTY.

This statement isn't aimed at the Senate.
It's a message to Paul Ryan -- who has already said publicly that the House wouldn't even vote on a measure that the President won't sign.

It’s a “bipartisan” amendment.

trump should have a public vetoing of the bill. do it openly and with the cameras rolling. then tell these senators to stop playing games and to put together a bill that is sighnable and not dead at conception.

It was always going to be DOA. There is no bipartisan bill that will make it through both houses of Congress. The Dems don’t really want it anyway.

POTUS, Trump, unless all four of your “Pillar” choices are approved by the House & Senate exactly as you have defined them,...veto their efforts. Case closed!!!

I heard that the Florida school shooter was a DACA baby. Any findings on that?

if the only thing in that amnesty bill that Trump objects to is an amendment to stop immigration enforcement until after July 1 of 2018, WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE AMERICA.

We need to solve the problem, not perpetuate it indefinitely. Yes, we do.
Deport them all. No exceptions.
Build the wall.
Enforce the law.
Anything less is a betrayal of We the People.

I have a solution for DACA and a path to citizenship.
Path to citizenship starts the day the first brick is laid for the wall. Once the wall is complete, whoever was here, registered and vetted will be offered citizenship. All criminals and people on full public assistance will need to go back to their home countries. No chain migration, no diversity lottery.
This gives Democrats a goal to get the wall built and gives republicans the goal to deport all illegals who aren’t registered or are criminals or are on public assistance.
The Democrats cannot say no to it. DACA illegals cannot say no to it and Republicans cannot say no to it.
For Trump this is a major win and puts the swamp on notice.
