Looks like Trump didn’t abandon the base after all... He has shown the democrats don’t want to solve immigration. That’s why the generic ballot is starting to go our way.
What’s ‘centrist’ about the suspension or abandonment of the law?
If Congressmen believe erasing or ignoring the law leads to fairness, compassion, economic stimulus, etc. then I submit that ignoring laws against bank robbery and car theft will quickly produce more economic stimulus than they can imagine.
They are pathetic. One party wants an army of new breeding and voting stock. The other hopes that if they pretend to be nice guys the breeding and voting stock will cast 5% of their votes for them.
I think they mispelled “crappiest”.

I actually thought Trump’s proposal (which I do support) was centrist. This proposal was B.S.
“Bipartisan” and “centrist” have always meant give the DemocRats what they want.
