BC's Jimmy Kimmel is once again using his show as a political platform, encouraging his audience to vote out of office Republicans donate money to EveryTown.org, a gun control group seeking to "end gun violence in America."
The host aimed his most pointed criticism at President Trump, saying, "You're obviously mentally ill."
"Youve literally done nothing," on guns, Kimmel complained. "Actually, youve done worse than nothing. You like to say this is a mental health issue. One of your very first acts as president, Mr. Trump, was to roll back the regulations that were designed to keep firearms out of the hands of mentally ill. You did that. Your party voted to repeal the mandates on coverage for mental health. So I agree, this is a mental illness issue, because if you dont think we need to do something about it, youre obviously mentally ill."
Kimmel also blasted Republicans more generally, calling them "allegedly Christian."
"Tell these congressmen and lobbyists who infest that swamp you said you were going to drain, force these allegedly Christian men and women who stuff their pockets with money from the NRA year after year after year to do something," Kimmel said. "Now, not later. Now. And dont you dare let anyone say its too soon to be talking about it, because you said it after Vegas, you said it after Sandy Hook, you say that after every one of these eight now fatal school shootings we had in this country this year. Children are being murdered."
Kimmel said he's not going to allow grieving politicians to focus on prayer.
"Eight out of 10 Americans agree that a teenager shouldnt have an AR-15," he said. "So why does a teenager legally have an AR-15? Somewhere along the line, these guys forgot they work for us, not the NRA. Us. And this time were not going to allow you to bow your head in prayer for two weeks."
Watch Kimmel's monologue above.
Johnny Carson had too much class to do a thing like that.
I wouldn’t like it even if the President were Obama.
You are witnessing the death of broadcast TV
awww he made soy boy Jimmy cry.
This guy is such a tool.
Absolute tool of the political establishment. And not very good at it either.
This from the guy who when he was on The Man Show, ended each show with girls in bikinis jumping on trampolines, who he and Adam referred to as the Juggies.

I wonder when this Kimmel fool will go full ‘Network’ on us?
“I’m as mad as hell, and I’m not gonna take it any more!”
I keep reading this guy’s name on FR, but I have no idea who he is. I’ve never actually seen him.
And what did his beautiful obammy do? Oh yeah, he was gun salesman of the year!
Pukes—all of ‘em to use tragedy to push their hatred.
Where was the FBI, who was called about this psyco?
Or the police dept who visited his home scores of times??
The left wants your guns. Jimmy Kimmel represents the left.
This guy used to host a show called The Man Show too.
Which means Hitler was sane when he disarmed the Jews.
“Youve literally done nothing,” on guns, Kimmel complained.
Referring to 2010 when the Democrats had it all politically, Kimmel should be pointing at Hussein, Reid, and Pelosi and ask them why they didn’t do something when THEY could have done pretty much anything except actually repeal the 2nd.
8 out of 10. Is that the same as 4 out or 5 Jimmy?
Least common denominator. Use it. Sound intelligent... even when you aren’t Jim. 8,000 out of 10,000 people agree.
Trump derangement syndrome, they are just soooo full of hate that people like Kimmel need to have their guns and their security teams guns confiscated as they are demonstrating mental illness.
The TDS media is jumping the shark. Hate will do that to you.
