The Post ran a click bait headline and so did Treehouse. The WaPo is less baitish. I read the whole thing and I thought it was good. It was respectful and realistic about how the Reverend and his family’s paid a price.

No surprise here: the Washington Post stands for much of what Rev. Billy Graham preached against. The Left despises Christians and Christianity.
I think the timing of it was what's considered objectionable.

We should expect no less from an anti Christianity society. No matter what polls show the majority of people in the U.S. are not Christians. Polls always ask if people believe in God. That is not Christianity. Christianity is a belief in Christ as Savior.
