Hope Hicks, the White House communications director and one of President Trumps longest-serving advisers, said Wednesday that she was resigning.
Ms. Hicks, 29, a former model who joined Mr. Trumps 2016 presidential campaign without any experience in politics, became known as one of the few aides who understood his personality and style and could challenge the president to change his views.
Ms. Hicks had been considering leaving for several months. She told colleagues that she had accomplished what she felt she could with a job that made her one of the most powerful people in Washington, and that there would never be a perfect moment to leave, according to White House aides.
Her resignation came a day after she testified for eight hours before the House Intelligence Committee, telling the panel that in her job, she had occasionally been required to tell white lies but had never lied about anything connected to the investigation into Russias interference in the 2016 election.
She did not say what her next job would be, and her departure date was unclear, but it is likely to be in the next few weeks.
Ms. Hicks said that she had no words to express her gratitude to the president, who responded with his own statement.

You beat me, posting this, by a few minutes.
I’ll ask mods to pull other thread.
Let’s see hot pic’s of her!
Don’t quite understand why she is leaving.
She has been a loyalTrump staff member.
If anybody should be leaving, it’s Javanka.
Used to have an employee that looked a lot like her...........She was very smart as well....................
foolish vindictive drivel
She seemed full of herself.
Why b a bused by CNN?MSNBC
If that IS her, I got The Hick- Ups. Way Up.
Disagree. Sessions and McMaster should be the ones leaving.
Hicks is smart to go now. The Deep State and the ‘Rats aim to impeach the President and with Trump wobbling on the 2nd the GOP will lose the House and Senate virtually guaranteeing it.
Yea right AKA Bull Shit, like you can reference more than 1 occasion that demonstrated this.
