Shem is the groom, represented by the S. Kingdom. Japheth is the bride, represented by the N. Kingdom. The N. Kingdom Israelis were lost into all the world, but many ended up marrying Japhethites. The Church, the bride of Christ, is made up of all the people of world, many of it's people descendants of the lost Israelis, but again the bulk descendants of Japheth.
Also, after the tribulation, the "lost" Israelis will be regathered and brought back into Israel as it's citizens. Israelis married into the people of the world, especially Japhethites or whites.
