The fact is that HAVA-Help America Vote Act gives FREE MONEY to state and local election boards to contract with Friends of Chris Dodd FOD to provide the hardware and software. FOD has more influence over our election system than anything else.
If a state or local election system is vulnerable to hacking by Russians, or by corrupt Americans, it is vulnerable because HAVA contractors are based on politics, not competence. What do people in Bangalore who code the software know about the American election system, let alone about the difference between different counties in the same state? What to non-citiznes who fly back and forth from Conneticut to Bangalore and who design the software know about our election system?

• Instantly deport any non-citizen who registers to vote.
• Put a little ⩍ next to the names of those registered voters with death certificates, and detain and put a 72 hour psychiatric hold anyone claiming to be a dead person...
