Arlington County is still stupid and that track of road that is only 2 lanes. I believe they also came up with the Million Dollar Bus Stop recently.

I am very suspect of them claiming that these tolls have not overloaded other streets that people are using as alternatives.

The I66 overflow has been going on for years b/c of HOV and the two lanes. So calling BS on this article.

As for the million dollar bus stop, did you see they actually decided against the 100mm+ Columbia Pike trolley? Even that project was too stupid for the idiots in Arlington... although a $80mm elementary school w/ an underground garage when there's another elementary school within 1/2 mile is not stupid enough for them.
