With two rulings against, one in favor, hard to see what changes. This judge ridiculed the others, but did not vacate them (can he?). The California ruling claims national status. All this judge accomplished was getting it out of his courtroom.

As we all know, the democrats have no motivation to fix DACA. They want illegal votes, and want to use immigration as a wedge issue to secure Hispanic votes. They have no integrity, and no honor. They are the party of ‘those who need to be special and will do anything to achieve what they pathetically think is stature’. It really is that simple.

The courts should have been ignored in this matter from day one.
If some nitwit judge ordered Trump to recall or deploy military forces, what would be the reaction? It would be the same reaction that should have evidenced after the first judge tried to intervene in what is 100% an executive power. Namely, completely ignoring the decision.

What is desperately needed is federal law limiting the geographic jurisdiction of the US District Courts to their own judicial district. Otherwise this country will be continuously run by political appointees.
