It’s a nightclub. People grope each other and then go to cheap hotels.
There was a time that a headline including “sexual assault” meant something. I had to read the article to see if this was rape, or a women thinking he stared at her breasts or somewhere in between.
......I despise Cuban and wish he would just go broke so we would not have to hear about him anymore.
But, why is it that a woman flirting in a bar with a man (any man) can file a “CRIMINAL” complaint and remain anonymous?
The “complainant” can be a legalized SECRET but the man’s identity is blasted all over the world.
And, in some of these cases it’s MANY years after the alleged incident.

Not that I've ever done it, but if a woman is wearing tight jeans (are there any other kind?) this is an action which takes more than a few seconds and very quickly would look like a public wrestling match.

It is Portland, but generally if Nigel Jaquiss thinks it happened, it probably happened. He has been on top of most of the stories in Oregon that the mainstream media is too lazy or compromised to investigate. He is the guy who broke the stories on former governors Goldschmidt (Pedophile), and Kitzhaber (Kept Man), and former mayor of Portland Sam Adams (Pedophile).
Exactly. I'm no fan of Mark Cuban's...but the allegation would have to imply not only that, but that her jeans were very loose.

Anyway, she started it, and effectively invited it. SHE asked HIM to pose with her for the picture.
I am not a Cuban fan, but I doubt he did this. I attended a private party he gave at a night club in Pittsburgh. I noticed four men on elevated stands in each corner of the room with cameras trained on Cuban. I asked him why that was. He replied that it is for his protection because women would otherwise accuse him of improper behavior and try to squeeze him for large settlements to not go public. He referred to it as cheap insurance.
So my educated guess is that when the Multnomah S.O. approached Cuban his lawyer went to the video and asked the investigating officer to point exactly when Cuban sexually assaulted the “victim” and they went away without filing charges.
This is EVIDENCE, even if charges weren’t pursued...because it was reported at the time and there is DOCUMENTATION of that fact.
Note that with Trump and Moore, the Left is counting as ‘evidence’ stuff that was NEVER reported real-time, but was only reported when it was damaging to the person’s political career.
I have not read the police report or really know the details, but as others have already commented, this scenario doesn't make sense if this woman really didn't want Cuban to grope her. Otherwise, it looks like she went along and had regrets afterwards.
It would be almost impossible for any man to force his hand down the backside of a woman in jeans and manage to do what this woman says Cuban did, without a little cooperation or assistance on her part.
It's apparently a he-said, she-said but Cuban probably did something to warrant the complaint.
