More hot air. The correct response would have been to send in the U.S. Marshalls to arrest every politician involved and immediately proceed with criminal prosecutions.
I may be wrong here (and if I am, Im certain my FReeper brethren will correct me), but I dont think suing them is the best approach. We should pull out all federal funds that are tied to immigration, including US Customs, until they comply. Order those on federal payrolls to do something else for a while other than work for California. Return their funds to them and let them do their own heavy lifting.
Cali must be shaking in her boots.
How about some action and not just talk?! Arrest officials, send in extra law enforcement, end and and all payments. Talk is cheap. A couple hundred arrests make headlines but is nothing when compared to the 30-60 million illegal aliens in the US.
These are the most wanted criminals in LA, and these are just the ones that were identified. Needless to say I think we can safely assume most of them aren’t US citizens nor here legally

These are enemies of the United states, they invade our country and commit criminal acts against me and you. Therefore it should be declared at a press conference by AG Sessions, that any politician that provides aid and comfort to these enemies of the United states is guilty of treason which is a death penalty offense.
18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Meanwhile, innocent men and women continue to be killed by illegal aliens. Elite criminals roam free with impunity. Those who seek to destroy our constitutional republic continue their work unchecked.
And all Dopey thinks to do is take a state to court in a case that will take years.
Fire his useless ass or pray for his demise. At this point I don't care which way it goes.
I’ll take it, better than nothing.
" Federal law is the supreme law of the land"
Was Jeffy wearing a pussy hat when he speechified?
Is Sessions just feckless or is he also a seditious conspirator?
We have a problem alright. Our country and the rule of law are being destroyed right before our eyes by the left and we have a mealy-mouthed deep-state compromised rat bastard as ‘attorney general’
The weather police did more than this when they went after that shopkeeper for selling the wrong kind of coral.
Cuffing of the traitors by US Marshalls is called for. Actions, not more words, Neville Sessions!
in a strongly worded letter ...
Brown, Becerra, and that filthy mayor of Oakland need to be perp walked yesterday.
Sessions has gone all in, finally. Now, let us see what happens. Now it is time to call the bet....or replace Sessions.
Wow, they can get the death penalty or life in prison. Look at (B)(iv).

This is how we got where we are! ACTION ACTION ACTION
I wouldve been more impressed if he gave his speech in front of the Oakland Mayors office, with the US Marshals perp walking her in the background.
And if California, et al don’t straighten up, they will be taunted a second time.
We certainly do have a problem: an Attorney General who is all talk and no action, at the precise point in time when we need an Attorney General to stop talking and take action.
Why isn’t Oakland’s mayor in a federal prison awaiting trial?
