I may be wrong here (and if I am, I’m certain my FReeper brethren will correct me), but I don’t think suing them is the best approach. We should pull out all federal funds that are tied to immigration, including US Customs, until they comply. Order those on federal payrolls to do something else for a while other than work for California. Return their funds to them and let them do their own heavy lifting.

By filing a lawsuit, Sleepy can sit back and say he did something while the suit wanders through the courts for years while California does business as usual.

We can do a lot more than that. For starters have the state department must stop issuing F-1 student visas to all California university students. Since the state has refused to work with DHS to ensure that students maintain or are otherwise in compliance the terms and conditions of their visa. The state should be decertified from the program.

The will bankrupt them in the first semester with the loss of foreign money.

No shit! It’ll take a couple of years and no guarantee of win. As above, should have been Marshals and immediate arrests.
