Why did Sessions file this in a court in Sacramento. The Constitution says the Supreme Court has primary jurisdiction on any issue between the Federal Government and a state government. This should have been filed at the Supreme Court.

I have been bringing this up for years, namely regarding Abortion and Sodomite Marriage. Those were NOT Supreme Court cases held in “Original Jurisdiction”, they were Appellate decisions and have NO BEARING on ANY STATE, only the parties involved.

But NOBODY CARES WHAT THE CONSTITUTION SAYS ANYMORE!

“This should have been filed at the Supreme Court.”

Why is Sessions going to the courts instead of enforcing the rule of law? /rhet

I am pretty sure it has to go up the judiciary chain of command. I doubt highly that the Supreme Court would allow skipping over lower courts as acceptable.

You act as if you think these clowns actually read the Constitution or the laws they pass?

It shouldn’t have been filed at all. Arrest of officials who have violated the law should be underway. the president has responsibility for national security and he signed an oath. So far he has let course delay his ban and now this week response to being dared to do anything by lawbreakers.
