IIRC, he and Bondi both failed to flag the Obama/Duncan/Runcie agreement with the school, so it wouldn't surprise me if he is doing some major personal ass-covering by taking rights away from law-abiding citizens. If my take is correct, he needed to be gone last week, along with Scott Israel.
