I believe there has been some recent mention of some foreign countries running steel and aluminum through Mexico and Canada to escape regs. They will surely continue to do that once tariffs are in place, no?

Trump is aware of this - if Mexico wants to be eligible for any “favors”, they will not keep helping China in this evasion.
