Excellent. Just think if Hillary were president now and would be appointing justices to SCOTUS.
These appointments are critical and Trump is the right person to make these appointments.

I’d rather RBG just drop dead AND then Kennedy retire later.

Just think if Hillary were president now and would be appointing justices to SCOTUS.At least two Conservative Justices would have suddenly died, like Scalia did, and we would now have a new Warren Court.

They would be reporting so postively she would shift the court left.
But since over 93% admit voting democrat, media reports this as awful.

“Possible retirement”. We have been going through this littlw charade every Spring and Summer for about the last six years.
Lets see what happens by the end of September. It always seems none of the judges is ready to surrender the high status that comes from the black robe.

Just speculation at this point.
Positive thinking, but just speculation.
The court should have been loaded with originalists and textualists for the last 40 years, but the media and progressive Republican presidents, like Richard Nixon, filled it with Progressive jurists.

Maybe most of the bench will go with him, Ginsburg especially.

Anthony Kennedy - age 81
Clarence Thomas - age 69 (a good justice, but I’d like to see him replaced with a 50 y/o conservative)
Ruth Bader Ginsburg - age 84
Stephen Breyer - age 779
Samuel Alito - age 67 (a good justice, but I’d like to see him replaced with a 50 y/o conservative)
John Roberts - age 63 (a treasonous justice, responsible for the worst ruling in many decades, and I’d like to see him replaced with a loyal American 50 y/o conservative)
[Imagine President Trump appointing six more justices!]
Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan - young communists, aged 63 and 57, and we’re stuck with them
Neil Gorsuch - age 50, so far, so good

I certainly don’t know how much more time the US has to be a considered a republic or for that matter be around . . .but now is the time to pray for God to remove from and appoint to the bench His choice(s).

Breyer is in his 80’s too. Ginsburg has been in bad health for years. Get rid of Kennedy along with those two, tge Liberal block of the court will only be the the Wise Latina and the Bull Dyke.
