Conor claiming “victory” is a typical shady Demorat ploy.

Absentees and military ballots have yet to be counted.

Remember, we’ve “maybe” lost only one US congressional seat so far (in PA), and one US Senate seat in Ala.

The rest of the Democrat wins are state houses ..... lower house seats.

There are some 5,411 state representatives. Losing 40 of those over 5,000 seats to Democrats is hardly earth shattering.

The magic Halfrican, Obama, managed to lose over 1000 of those seats in 8 years, about over 110 seats lost per year. (hat tip SmokingJoe)

In all, Obama’s tenure caused major damage to Democrats all over the nation and in the Congress where he reduced them to a minority.

absentees aren’t going to make up the difference...

GOPe ran a pre Trump Campaign and true to form got the expected results.

Horrible horrible messaging. I feel for all the people who worked hard on this campaign, they were put on a sheet of ice and told run to the finish line by the leadership of the Republican party who are as far as i’m concerned FLAT OUT INCOMPETENT!

This was an easy win, and they decided to run a campaign they could have run anytime in the last 15 years, gave the Trump I and D voters NO reason to turnout... and turned what should have been an easy win into a loss.

Gross electoral incompetence. If the GOP thinks they can run a Rove campaign in 2018 and win they are beyond stupid.

Trump handed them the blueprint to win, and they ignored all of it.

Idiots... flat out idiots.
