A transgender woman is suing Tinder on behalf of other transgender people living in the Portland area, claiming it rejects all transgender people from the dating service.
Ariel Hawkins claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a few days ago she edited her profile to disclose that she was a pre-op trans woman. She says Tinder immediately deleted her account. She says the company sent her email saying she violated its terms of service ... but didn't point her to any term and refused to explain the basis for the rejection.

Here’s the reason “trans” won’t work. A man who is turned on by other men and pretends to be a woman is looking for a heterosexual man to “mate” with. A heterosexual man only wants a real woman to mate with. Why would a heterosexual man accept an imitation of the real thing when the real thing is available?
Actually, this lawsuit, if it goes the way it would have gone, say, twenty years ago, may start the undoing of the transsexual fantasy world.
No wonder “trans” people commit suicide at a fantastically high rate. They are trying to live in a fantasy world and when the real world dawns on them they have made a mistake that can’t be undone...or, lived with.

I expect that some transgenders who are really into drama, will attempt to go on dates with straight guys. If the guy doesn't take it well, the transgender will summon lots of "social justice warriors" to harass the guy at work and make his life hell.
Wait till you can be sued for not dating them.

But even more so when a 9th Circuit Judge will affirm that a mentally confused sick individual must be presented to normal people/daters as normal !
Tinder has plenty of trans people pop up when you look for women and even has a designator a user can pick that identifies them as transgender in the place where ‘man’ or ‘woman’ typically shows up. The designation won’t stop them from showing up when you search for women btw. I know from...uhh...looking at a friend’s profile.
