While this is the preferred approach - depends on prosecutors and finding a jury that will convict 12-0.
At least some of the illegals she enabled to flee will commit violent crimes. The victims (and victims’ survivors) of those crimes should sue in civil court, lower standard of evidence (preponderance of evidence vs. beyond a reasonable doubt) and if in a California (non-federal) court 3/4 of the jury can make the decision.
The feds should post the names of all those enabled, at least post their names and the tie to the mayor for further crimes as they occur. Enable future victims to sue - at a minimum bankrupt her personally.
At least perp walk her and make her post bond or stay a night in jail
