San Diego State's men's basketball team took the court Thursday in the first round of the NCAA tournament, but California's multistate travel ban meant the trip to Wichita, Kansas, was more arduous than usual.

It’s all down hill from here. I say get on with it!
Our travel ban is exemplary virtue-signaling, but must be set aside in cases where might actually be invoked.

Bummer. Looks like the team will have to stay home and hump each other to stay within the confines of the law.
They always go straight to "bigotry and hatred", evil, backwards, stupid, etc. That's how you reach across the aisle with the rest of America.
This is when these 8 states should ban California from participating in their states because of their Laws against the Constitutionally Protected Right of the citizens to keep and bear arms without being infringed.
Who needs to visit North Mexico anyway?
Easy solution: California public colleges forfeit any sports games which are to be played in one the of their “banned” states. People need to be willing to make personal sacrifices for their beliefs.
Looks like it’s complete to me. All that’s left to do is build a wall!
“...should ban California...”
Not to mention freedom of religion and speech.
The Warsaw Pact nations had something similar.
They should have been made to forfeit the game.
I’m self identifying as a pink panda today and that restroom is discriminating against pandas.
Why bother obeying California laws, when most of the people living here in California aren’t required to.
Yup. Just stand back and let it implode. You Freepers in the North need to be prepared to take over or run like hell.
San Diego State got eliminated in the first round last night. Anyhow how come a team who’s mascot, Aztec, honoring a slave holding, imperialistic, human sacrificing culture was allowed to participate?
California. Living proof that you can’t fix stupid! Billions of dollars in debt they pass laws that make them spend more money then necessary to push and agenda for perverts to have open access to restrooms! Idiots would be to kind a word to describe them!
It will change when effects the betting industry.
They were so close. I had them in the Sweet 16 so my bracket is trash now.
Freedom of movement is a right affirmed under Crandall v. Nevada 73 U.S. 35(1868). States can’t inhibit people from leaving the state by taxing them.
So the team has gone from staying in a Hilton to a Motel 6?
