Communists strike at the heart of America. Nothing new, but still disappointing.

I very much wish that there was, if not a conservative, at least a viable and competitive apolitical alternative to Amazon.

Ive never spent a penny on Amazon and I am able to get whatever I want other places. So, there are alternatives.

There’s a whole bunch of things my family needs to buy. Used to get them from Amazon. Am now shopping at the brick and mortar stores (the ones not boycotted). If we continue to feed the beast, it will only get bigger and stronger.

Well, sigh of relief. This one is still there:

This is in addition to conservatives being banned from conventions, ostensibly for people’s “safety”.
And that’s aside from some conventions removing older white guys just because they’re older white guys.

The Amazon beast will continue to grow even if we conservatives will/have cut it off. It has achieved critical mass. So has Google.

Is that the book filled with 100 blank pages? :)

For books, I go with Barnes and Noble. Sometimes they don’t have what I’m looking for. What I dislike most is the monopoly Amazon has on small businesses. They can pull the plug on them any time, as they did with buying Whole Foods.

It is akin to Youtube and Google’s demonetization of content.
They didn’t take the books down, so you can’t say they are censoring outright.
Instead, it is multiple layers of disincentives they know hurt the content.
People read the reviews to get an idea as to whether or not they like they book. Amazon removes a lot of the positive reviews for conservative authors, weakening its ability to sell to new people. Reducing the review count makes the book look less popular, same effect.
They’re also slow to remove fake one star reviews by liberal bullies on conservatives’ fiction and non-fiction books, but Amazon was quick to remove all the one star reviews from new fawning liberal books.

It will only get worse because of the Leftist SCUM employed by Leftist companies of all kinds.

No explanation needed beyond the fact that Amazon was founded and is run by huge liberal and fake news proponent and owner at the WashingtonCompost, Jeff Bezos.
Explains anything anybody needs to know about why they conveniently erased all conservative authors' reviews.
But I'm sure it happened to the liberal authors' reviews too, right?
Rriiight.

In Fahrenheit 450 the books had to be burned to erase the past. Now truth is either altered or deleted by technology. Back then, people could hide In the woods. With GPS and spy cameras and technology that's close to impossible. We're on the edge of "future crimes" as in Minority Report, where rights will be taken away for the potential of committing a crime in the future (mental health restrictions for gun ownership?).
We're way past "book burning" in our Brave New World.

More like The Pravda or Al-Jazeera every day!

It took a special underhanded trick to buy out Whole Foods. A third party came in to help force the sale.
